Bosses Shacking In Cutscenes And Arrow Position At Begining Of The Mission Cutscene

This has been bothering me for a while, some bosses like Tyl Regor are always shacking in their cutscene.

And when you have a bow equipped your arrow is just floating in the beginning of the mission cutscene, i know this has been like this since ever but will it ever be fixed?
