Hydroid's Undertow + Viral Proc + Poison Proc Bug

During a public hive mission on eris, I was playing as hydroid. I had been viral procced by the gas clouds produced when a hive is destroyed, and was then poison procced by a toxic ancient and activated undertow. I subsequently died due to the poison DoT, but instead of being downed, I was killed instantly (with 11 shields and 0 health), unable to move, look around, fire weapons, revive myself or use abilities. I could still crouch and scope, but my teammates were unable to revive me. I had to wait until my teammates extracted and the mission finished, whereupon warframe carried on working normally.

Something similar happened to me before. I was playing Loki Prime with Quick Thinking and I got down to 0 hp while still having energy and I just froze on the spot.
