Archwing Excavation Mission Unavailable For Me, Still Missing Harness

So yeah, i thought you do 3 excavators, get all 3 blueprints, and didnt pay attention at what i actually got from each excavator.. Went to extraction after the third excavator completed, mission complete. Went to my foundry only to find out im missing the Harness, and now i cannot replay the mission as it disappeared. The navigation console quest indicator reads "The archwing", nothing else.

Im having a similar problem where the only mission it will give me, awards me with the Odonata Wings BP, so i have like 6 of them now.

 

Edit: Restarting the game did not seem to fix it.

EDIT: Restarting solved my problem.

You can re-do the excavation mission. But I dó believe it requires a re-log (at least it did for me).

me too, can't receive any reward after the first run.
