I was carrying a datamass and hacked a console in the final room that has two consoles. After hacking, I acquired this flashlight shining right at my warframe. I believe there was a similar light on the console that somehow got transfer to my frame itself. The light was quite annoying when I was facig forward and made aiming almost impossible.
