Missing Affinity, Low Standing And Missing Melee.

First: I did 50 minute T4 Survival with rank 24 kubrow. After run kubrow was still rank 24 and reward log shows kubrow unranked w/o any affinity gain. It did die at very end, but shouldnt it get some affinity?

 

 

Also i got about 1700 standing, with booster. Are standing amount really this low?

 

Secondly: Happened two times in Arvchwing grineer mission that i lost melee. Hitting E didnt do anything and long-pressing F showed melee for short time but when i pressed E it disappeared.
