The official forum post listing prime part drops (https://forums.warframe.com/index.php?/topic/172911-prime-gear-drop-locations/) specifies that Orthos Prime Handle should only drop from wave 5. http://i.imgur.com/lbsUhSJ.jpg Here you can see we got 2 (we actually got 3), which shouldn't be possible. That post has been updated since U15, so there is no excuse for that information to not be there. I see it says something at the top, but it's extremely vague (as usual, why would players want to know exactly how something works?) and under every Defense listing it still says wave 5, wave 5-10, wave 15+. As it is I have no idea how long I need to stay on defense missions for the best shot at a "good" reward.
