Broken Camera's A Little Too Close

I'm not 100% certain on its cause, but I think it's based around where you happen to be looking when you hack a console. Sometimes, your Field of View gets really compacted, and the rest of the mission looks a bit like this:

In this case it wasn't as awful, as it was in the Extraction room. However, this has happened to me hacking to start a Survival mission. It's really just impossible to play at that point without something like the Vectis (a custom-scope weapon). Even with a normal long-ranged weapon (this happened with a Latron Wraith a Seer equipped, conveniently) there are still bits of your Warframe stuck in the screen, and no weapon seems to be able to break the bug.

Thoughts and/or known fixes, anyone?

I have had it happen via accessing the mission-progress screen.

 

Dying and spending a revive will fix it.

This has been mentioned a few times.

As Kthal said, a revive so far seems to be the only fix.
