Currently the can is open to all and rank progression is very easy. Those that prove worthy will have Halls built in their honor and tailored to their liking. I will have the prereqs for each rank. Mastery is not a factor it is based on skill. As far as research goes not everything is complete but all labs are built with many items complete. Halls are always being updated and added and tailored as resources come in. Up until this point it was a solo project and now is open for members. Please comment for an add or for questions below.
