Llyssa Posted April 27, 2013 Share Posted April 27, 2013 Earlier this week, I was using the Paris on Hek, and getting solid damage, as per the inherent armor penetration. I am no longer scoring any damage at all on Hek with the Paris, rendering it useless. It should, as a sniper weapon with armor penetration mods, on top of the regular penetration it has, be doing SOMETHING to him. I am hitting, as he lights up with electricity from my electricity mod, and the arrows are protruding from his body. He's just not registering any damage at all from this now. Well shields that regenerated by more than half strength before you could even load another arrow to fire clearly weren't making him tanky enough. So now he just has a 100% armor rating as well.
