Revive use sfx not affected by volume

And I am sure it has bee brought up somewhere but pistols always sound like they are fired next to you even if it is a squadie half a map away. (not sure if volume level has anything to do with it)

Edit: Only noticed on the starter type pistol not on the big booming pistols
