"Failed to connect to server error 11004" appears in my chat box then I am kicked from the game completely. Can someone please assist. What is error 11004? My internet provider had a tech over at my place to check several times but without luck. It was not before I got a new modem that the problem was resolved. I suggest contacting your internet provider and talk to them, possibly ask for a new modem. EDIT: I've actually had this issue 2 times, and both times, changing my modem has helped EDIT 2: If you use facebook, try look at the chat when this error is happening.
