Poor / Malfunction Chat Server Connection

These Poor / Malfunction Chat Server Connection problems happened for weeks, and i'm not the only one who having is problems, I've asked many players, they suffer the same problem too. i'd reconnecting to chat server for many times and i'm still unable to communication well with my squad, and i cannot perform what the squad needed.  i'm very uncomfortable with it as i lost all communications within the chat box. no trading can be made, no clan/alliance chat for convenience, no recruit to find squad and squad member, no region for break time chat. can't 'Talk' to anyone. All chatting functions only work for few seconds after i log in. what is this?

 

Please Fix This Issue, this is critical, as non-communication may work for PS4/XboX but not PC.

Same problem here, but i've been with this for 2 months, i think. It's really annoying and i would love to see some kind of response from DE... now i'm feeling like a idiot because i haven't reported this yet.

I have encountered this for over a month. I have also noticed that if you can lose connection to your squad if you disconnect from chat as well. It was as never as bad as this. I'm not sure if it is a DNS issue or what, but I know my ports are fine because upnp is on in the game+router.
