Vertical Sync Not Working At All

I am getting Massive tearing, I just reinstalled my computer and have put on the new AMD omega driver. I noticed lots of tearing so I turned on Vertical sync, did not help with the problem at all, running the game at medium settings at 1280x720 windowed

Edit: went into the catalyst settings and forced wait for vertical refresh to always on, didnt fix it either

My PC is AMD A10-5800k, 8 GB RAM, Radeon 7750, with a 120GB Kingston SSD, I am running windows 7

Try all of the following options, restarting the game after switching each one.

 

Fullscreen

Borderless Fullscreen

Windowed mode

 

If that fails, repeat after disabling Windows Aero.

 

My personal system wouldn't accept borderless fullscreen mode + vsync.
