Black Screen And Unavoidable Death In Synd Spy Mission

So after going to Europa Abaddon for synd spy mission (for Arbiters of Hexis, crusader rank) after I load into the game I get black screen and death after a few seconds.

It happened already a few times in a row. At the same time I have _1 bug in chat.And there is that voting bug showing in liset.

Oh, and the whole time I was set to solo.

 

Edit: Sent EE.log to support

 

Edit2: Same issue occurs after restarting the game and getting rid of both _1 bug and voting bug.

Getting the same issue right now for a New Loka syndicate mission (rank: Pure) on Sorath (also on Europa, also a spy mission)
