Ruinous Extension Range

I just now realized that the range it previously gave was nearly halved after trying to use it on the gammacor today. I don't remember seeing anything about this in the update 17 patch notes.

 

Previously used it on the Embolist and the increase was very obvious but on the gammacor I barely noticed anything, I actually thought it wasn't working at all. After looking at the actual mod I remembered it being around 15m increase at max, now it's only 8. Really annoying and disappointing imo.

 

Are there any posts that say why exactly they thought it should be halved? Or anything even mentioning it? Did a quick search and found nothing aside from it being fixed to actually work on the gammacor.

 

Derped out and confused how much the mod gives with the total range I had when using it with the embolist.

The Wiki listed it as maxing out at 8 back when it first came out.

I think you might be right.. Maybe since the embolist's range is so short it felt far more significant than on the gammacor which already has quite a long range in comparison. I probably confused how much it actually gives with the total range of the embolist (around 15m with the mod).
