Riggald Posted January 6, 2015 Share Posted January 6, 2015 I have two Cestras If I bring up a Cestra Blueprint in the Foundry, it confirms 2 Owned. In my inventory, 2 Cestras show up. If I bring up Dual Cestra Blueprint in the Foundry, it says "Not Enough Components" with only one of the two required Cestra's ticked. (I'm guessing it's because one Cestra is at Rank 30 and one Cestra is unranked.) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Quiet_Time1 Posted January 6, 2015 Share Posted January 6, 2015 No, you can craft unranked and ranked items it seems that the problem most people have these days is when they only have those two cestras as secondary weapons so make sure you have at least have 3 side arms your two cestras and some other secondary Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
