Environment Problems

I recently uninstalled a few programs on my laptop and when I returned to play warframe I encountered a problem with the environment in missions. In earth missions the ground and rocks are discolored in pixels and no real texture or environment or whatever is evident. I've tried re-installing but it doesn't fix it.

Through regular uninstallation, you should have no conflicts with other programs. Unless you were uninstalling .framework or C++ or something crazy like that. Sounds more like a graphics hardware issue if weird things are happening to textures and you've already reinstalled.
