Adjustments To Melee/stamina

Suggestions to touch up stamina system:

Make Stamina a more variable factor across warframes.  Heavy frames with lots of armor should get more stamina with a lower recharge rate, while lightly-armored quick frames should get less stamina with a faster recharge.  Melee-focused frames such as Valkyr, Excalibur, Ash and Loki should get improved stamina pools and recharge (maybe).

Also, not sure if this is already a thing, but perhaps different melee weapons should consume different amounts of stamina.  It should obviously take more effort to swing a giant hammer than a small dagger.

Melee suggestions:

As it stands melee doesn't have nearly enough damage potential compared to ranged weaponry, even when drawn and channeled.  Channeling needs more built-in buffs than just a 1.5x damage increase.  The damage buff needs to be higher, and perhaps should give more range or attack speed, and the combo counter needs to provide buffs at a faster rate.

The reason we should even bother with melee is that it should provide more killing power within its attack range.  Being able to hit multiple targets at short range for a lot less damage does not cut it, and thus only a few melee weapons can even be considered 'decent' when compared with guns (Scindo Prime, Jat Kittag, Dragon Nikana).

channeling should give more range, yes

the melee combo counter should scale up faster, then start to have diminishing returns after 100 hits

ie +50% dmg modifier every 10 hits, 10/20/30/40/etc until 100, then +50% every 20 hits, then at 200 +50% every 50 hits from then on

(yes i realize that getting those high combo chains is unrealistic ingame atm, but the larger bonuses given from 1-100, being every 10 hits, would make the combos MUCH more useful)

+1 OP
