Sentinel Detection Distance Tweaks

Hello,

 

I'd like to suggest an increase in distance of sentinel detection from AI. If I'm in crouch position it reduces the distance AI can spot me but if I have an sentinel hovering my head they spot me from twice as far distance than if I'm standing it makes impossible to play stealthy with an sentinel even with Shade. If an AI is facing to an sentinel it automatically detects it and start shooting at it no matter how far the sentinel is from AI.

 

Make them than when you go in crouch position the enemy detects harder the sentinel also not only the player.

 

Without an sentinel I managed to play an entire mission without an AI to fire one single bullet at me. If I get my sentinel I can't make 2 steps and AI detects me.

I can definitely see that, especially with the shade.  I'm not so sure that it should happen with the Wyrm though.  After all the Wyrm isn't meant to be sneaky.

Some have mentioned how it would be nice if Sentinels float lower and nearer to a player when crouching.

 

Perhaps have Shade wrap his flaps, and Wyrm be an orouboros around a 'frame's hip. Or fold into a smaller form and dock on a 'frame's back.
