Oranji
I would like to grab a graphics tablet and I need ur thoughts as to what I should get. I'm a beginner on these things and I think I would need a noob friendly kindathing. Preferably not overly expensive. ps: I'm using Samsung Galaxy S4 and I freaking metal chopstick to draw. ^_^
Somedude1000
I've been told that the Wacom Intuous pen and touch is the best starting choice out there, as someone who is in a similar situation to OP, I'd love to find out whether this is true, adn what other alternatives there are :s
Omniphobic
I always recommend Wacom. There are cheaper alternatives, but I've been using an old Wacom Graphire for nearly 10 years and I've never had to replace anything in the pen or the tablet, and the pressure sensitivity is still perfect. They both hold up very well. So yeah, Wacom is a very safe bet, but the price is sometimes not the friendliest to a starting artist. If you look at anything else, be sure to do some serious research. SHOCKED
I've tried each competitor and Wacom is the best way to go for reliability, performance and continuing driver support. The Bamboo series are decent starter tablets which work very well for most people. That is where I recommend most non-dedicated artists to start. EDeN153
A Wacom Bamboo is a great starter, comes with ArtRage3 and Sketchbook Express.
unknow99
A Wacom Bamboo is a great starter, comes with ArtRage3 and Sketchbook Express. I have a Wacom Pen & touch(the bamboo replacement) and I can confirm this!
[DE]Artarrwen
I myself started with Wacom Bamboo and am still using it (mainly cause I can't afford anything a tier higher lol). Pretty happy with what I've got for its price.
SHIR0B0N
I got a Wacom Intuos pro and I'm pretty pleased with the quality of the tablet. They come at a steaper price but they just work so damn well.
