No Catalyst Bp After Playing Alert.

Okay, I hope I'm not posting this in the wrong section. Apologies in advance.

I just completed the Catalyst bp alert on Nix, Pluto twice. 

First time, it was going all well, but then my home phone got a call. gave my team a brb heads up, but I still ended up dying, and I had no revives left. This was along the 2/3-ish def point. 

 

After the match finished, I was awarded no Bp, I'm assuming because the game thought I was afk?

Second someone was nice enough to taxi me there. But as I thought, no Catalyst bp.

I was just wondering if I could have a hand with this? :(

 

And to make matters worse, the phone call on my home phone was a bleeding hoax call anyway. 3rd one in 3 days. No, I am not interested in your plan. No...no there is nothing wrong with my computer...

It seems you have fallen prey to the AFK timer. In an alert, if you're considered AFK at the end of the mission you won't get the reward. You will, however, have completed the alert. Since you can't re-run an alert once it's completed you wouldn't get the reward on your second run. Check your inventory to be sure, but if there's nothing there, I don't think there's anything you can do about it.
