Trying To Make Ducats Is Becoming More Difficult. :(

So, I've been in the void and I'm having trouble with a couple of glitches and it's really not cool, I'm trying to make some ducats for the void trader.

 

First Glitch: Played Tower 1 capture and I froze in air animation, trying to move and use my abilities got me out of the air animation just so I could run in place. I had to quit. I can't say I know what caused it, it was so sudden and nothing out of the ordinary seemed to happen.

Second Glitch: Played a Tower 1 survival and didn't get any of the rewards. I was in game for about 24 mins before I evaced. Everything else was credidted to me (mods, credits) except for the parts I had gotten from the void (Latron Prime BP 2x, Paris Prime upper limb).
