Love The New "operation" Concept

It's not done yet but I still really like the concept behind the fusion moa event. It's a great way to introduce new elements into the game. Please use these "special operations" to introduce all new elements in the future.

There are a lot of different things you can do that's a community effort. It doesn't need be kills. For example Lotus could announce:

- We are short on warframes. Build more! After x amount built, something happens.

- We need parts for a new kind of weapon! Buy the blueprint and build it. After X amount of builds Lotus has enough parts to make the weapon available to all Tenno. (This would be a great periodic way of making useless resources feel useful like the tens of thousands of unneeded nano spores I've collected.)

- Grenner have tapped into our energy supply and are draining it. Collect energy orbs!

- Our ammo reserves are low. Collect X type of ammo.

There are a lot of ways to take advantage of this concept and you've implemented the first really well, namely: 1)progress bar 2) hint at what is coming, 3) slowly revealing it according to progress, and 4) it's something new.

Weapon or other buyable BP crafting? Sure.

could do something like: new weapon prototype, players buy bp's for parts of the weapon and turn in the crafted parts to lotus to fill the progress bar, and when the bar is full the weapon's bp are released to the market or you can you plat to buy the ones we helped lotus make.

Not Warframe crafting. Too much RNG there.

There's no RNG there at all. DE knows exactly how many warframes are crafted over X amount of time. They can (and do) graph those numbers. It's using past behavior to accurately predict future behavior. It's statistics, not RNG.
