Dyvinex
Someone I know has been spouting that lower level or even specific weapons taken into missions causes more loot to drop. He tries to back this claim by saying "dataminers" he knows have dug this up. Is there any truth to this? Will taking a rank 10 weapon to a t4 Defense yield more fusion cores or rare mods? (PSN)freakyassassin24
No this is not true it is pure RNG.
EversorNinja
They actually yield less, because they kill enemies less quickly. But, each enemy killed has the same drop chance regardless of weapon
Dyvinex
Good luck telling the folks saying it that. I guess the thought is it is in the code to cause mobs to drop more for low ranked weapons as it could be a low-mastery player that /needs/ mods. Poppycock if you ask me. There is only one dataminer, dont believe anybody else but deathmax, to be safe.
Dyvinex
I have searched about and found no concrete evidence to these claims either. Thanks for the feedback, folks.
