Give Us A Option In Syndicate Missions To Choose Play With Or Without Medallions Pickup

Like In solar map, that we can choose play normal mission, alert, syndicate, invasion ect

Why? Because when 3 or 2 of 4 players choose dont search for medallions,  OR when 3 or 2 of 4 players choose search for medallions its very bad

In the first case they angry because they do not have pretty enough time to find medallions

in second they angry because they need to wat others players

How about play alone, or with clan members instead of wanting to change the entire structure of the game mode because you dont have good runs with pugs?

alone clan etc it not a answer/not a option. change the entire structure of the game mode? nothing to change. its alredy have it.. what need it just a option to choose spawn or not medallions. that is

I play them alone save for defenses. t wasy even on higher tier because ou can bring along say, A kubrow, syndicate helpers, a spectur, and a syndicate spectur. oh and btw. Boooh hoooh you have to wait for players that want to get as much standing as possible. deal with it or play solo.
