They reversed my trade when i got ripped off. They helped me a lot when i was building my Dojo. They Helped me with my Clan Badge issues, friendly Clans not receiving my Alliance invite, with alert reward issues... Whether the problem is big or small these cats get the job done! Matt's helped with my multiple clan troubles, including a Warlord issue that happened last summer and a few months ago, and Edwin helped me get my rewards from the Cicero Crisis when it didn't save my score for some reason.You guys rock! Imaru Posted February 19, 2015 Share Posted February 19, 2015 I am hesitant to give my praise just yet. My brother was erroneously banned and though he contacted support they didn't lift the ban. I have positive experience with [DE]Matt, he was very nice solving my Synoid issue and btw quite timely and questionless - did his job with utmost dilligence. Earlier on I encountered another team member [DE]Maurizio, who was very nice and polite at the same time solving my issue as well. So yes, so far I am happy with Support in WF. P.S.
