Like a flamethrower attached to each forearm, both attached a pack on the back....like a real heavy weapon flamethrower. Or even beam weapons. Sawn off shotties introduction? Dual crossbows as an introduction? Something barely big enough to be a primary but small enough to hold two. What about attached weapons?
