Catalyct Posted February 22, 2015 Share Posted February 22, 2015 Those are actually stolen grineer containers that are to be studied and replicated by the corpus. You can see in one of the grineer spy missions a container with an electric mine on top of it. The plan seems to be a prototype like usual( I just hope we get to assassinate a grineer prototype container before it gets mass produced and causes ultimate doom of warframes and grineer alike).
