MurderHoboDinosaur Posted March 5, 2015 Share Posted March 5, 2015 Yes grinding, a long cherished tradition of Warframe stumbles when it gets to AW. For example, Fluctus, Centaur Blade, and all Elytron parts drop ONLY every 4th round. This is ludicrious. Even worse besides those parts, there are mods and keys to worried about. If you REALLY want to make it only every 4th round, atleast make more AW missions on more planets, so there is no choke point funneling. Consider this analogy. Burning building, and only one way out. The door can only accept 1 person wide, and there is 50 people trying to escape. That is the problem for grinding either the Fluctus parts, Centaur, or Elytron. Or better yet, why not every round have a chance? Fluctus X MAY drop in round one along with Elytron Y, Round 2 Fluctus Y and Centaur blade, and so on. There is nothing wrong with grinding to be honest. There IS something wrong with negative toxic rage indcuing grinding on a hard map with possible 1/25 chance of getting a specific part(when you factor in keys, mods, detrius parts or duplicates). Jylon Posted March 5, 2015 Share Posted March 5, 2015 yeah, you have no idea how long it took to get all the dual decurion parts in my attempts x..x doing missions after mission will kill you, you just have to try at random a few times and go back to normal game efforts and try a few more later and such. but the parts for the 4th round reward on interceptions is the worst since it takes damn forever even with perfect captures and protects. i despise interceptions because the progress timer seems ridiculously slow even when all four points are in control. Or...you could just support the game as a patron and buy plats with money...there are even plenty of ways to make money online without having to have a real job... Jinryusai Posted March 8, 2015 Share Posted March 8, 2015 Grinding for Archwing gear is indeed one of the dumbest things in Warframe and the devs at the moment don't seem to care. in fact, it's very unlikely anyone new to the game for have anything other than starter gear after playing for months.
