JHarlequin Posted January 20, 2013 Share Posted January 20, 2013 You are just unlucky. It's the same rate as it was before. Try a different mission for a few attempts and then come back. Just get your mind off of the problem. Also, take any assassination alert that comes up in the system. They also have a better chance of dropping them then lockers and other lootables.
