Hm. Well, the way I understood Redeemer's charge attack is that it works kind of like a shotgun, disregarding the strange fact that it seems to do increased damage from a certain range as opposed to close range. When a shotgun is fired, its pellets begin to spread like a cone; the farther the shot, the more the pellets spread.

 

Would it then not mean that a reach mod should increase the range variable that causes the pellets to start spreading? In short, increased shot range should allow the redeemer's charge attack to shoot farther before the pellets spread, which in turn should increase the amount of bullets the target would get hit by.

 

Or I could be completely wrong.

no, it only increases the range the pellets fly
