played this game abt 6 month ago and i stopped for a while and i removed the game from my laptop . Now since i heard that warframe has a lot of changes i decided to play this game again . But when i open my id which is by email address i lost all of my progress , it's like i have to start from the beginning . Done the tutorial and voz quest but it's not back . :( please help .

Well, standard response here would be "Complete Vor's Prize", but you're telling me you already did, so... Really, do contact Support and describe them your issue. They'll be able to see what is your issue and give you instructions if it's something you can fix yourself, or just fix it for you if you can't.

Got the reply , but the support told me to finish the prologue. Even thou i told them that i've done it . :((

To complete it, you had to unlock all available modules in the liset as well as doing various missions on Earth and Venus, from rescuing Darvo to resource gathering to create an item to remove the lock Vor stuck onto your frame's ankle in the beginning of the quest.
