However, it seems that the article may have embellished the truth a little. http://i.imgur.com/KY3qHPp.png According to the image, they did not refuse to refund anything, but rather wanted an investigation to go underway before they did anything else.Furthermore, it also appears that they will indeed give the full refund to him in his credit card.
