Health Vitality Question

So I have Physique Artifact + 240% Vitality + Thrak Helmet on my Rhino Warframe. My question is How does the formula work? Because I have 810 Shields and 593 Health and I feel like there at a solid state but I want to know if Getting More Health now is better to Even out or go into shields more?

For me, I prefer to go into shields more because shields recharge, and fast too.

but still, it depends on your warframe.

Vitality only works off your base health. It ignores health from levels and helmet. I'd suggest just pumping Redirection.

both, vitality and the thrak helmet work off base health. can't say much about physique but i guess it works with base health too.
