Bug: Can't Access Cephalon's Options

[H0PE]

-I'm standing at the right spot, the talk sign is visible

-I'm pushing the correctly mapped "use" button (I have G for use since ages, so I know it is the button I have to push)

-I hear the use interface "button sound"

 

...nothing happens, can't access the options or buy the Synthesis Scanner.

 

Please fix or tell me what to do.

/Don't tell me I'm not on the right spot, and that there is only a small location to stand and the talk sigh will be visible. See above./
