There were 100 given out as rewards to the top 100 performers in an event, 1 from a giveaway, 1 from a contest, and there was a transmutation bug a while back which caused a few players to get it as well. There are tens of thousands of active players in Warframe, and demand is high. I've seen 4000-8000p, and wouldn't be surprised if that price just goes up from there. Link to comment
