That is to say, I have not seen any threads on if an arcane enhancement can proc more than once in a set duration or not and if the proc can stack.
Say we've got Arcane Victory maxed out and I'm making headshots left and right. Will it be possible for the 8 seconds of 2% health regen to stack to 16 seconds or 4% health regen? Or does the duration just refresh on each new proc?
Or is there a cooldown that prevents either of these conditions from applying?
