Warframe Occasionally Doesn't Appear In Task Bar

Sup, wasn't sure where to post this, so move if necessary and all that, kthxbai.

 

Anyway, this only happens sometimes when I tab out of the game extensively. Sometimes Warframe is running perfectly fine, but does not, as stated, appear in the task bar. The Evolution Engine is running perfectly, and is visible in Task Manager, and if I minimize any window, Warframe will ALWAYS be right behind it. It's weird and barely an inconvenience, but I thought it was worth pointing out. Because it's weird. Can confirm that the easiest temporary solution is to just restart the game.

 

To provide some more info I'm on Windows 8, I run it in borderless fullscreen (this is probably a cause to why this happens), and I'm playing it on Steam.
