---Greed--- Posted April 28, 2015 Share Posted April 28, 2015 (edited) It's been so long that Fast Hand mod (+30% Reload Speed for Rifle) is a bit bad mod for most of the rifle so far,because the reload speed is mostly 2s - 3s and It's so different with Quickdraw mod (+48% Reload Speed for Pistol) Plus other Reload Speed mod (Stunning Speed) Would it be nice if Fast Hand is buff a bit little like (40% or 50%) so Primed Fast Hand would get a better effect too... Because the way I see Primed Fast Hand Maxed (55%) on Heavy Rifle like Supra or Grenade Launcher rifle like Torid it's still a bit slow,what do you guys think? I feel a little bit regret on maxing that Primed Mod,It's not giving so much effect... What do you guys think?
