ZLOplayer
how can i disable this particles from weapons skills and other objects? Edited April 30, 2015 by ZLOplayer
Llyssa
The particles on the weapon are from channeling. I don't think you can remove all particles from the game. Also, your FPS seems to be fine, so I'm not really sure what you're worried about.
[DE]Xander
Not all particles are disabled on the "Low' setting; we simply draw less so the system isn't as stressed. The effects that remain should be having a minimal impact on your performance while not greatly compromising the visuals of the game. As an example, the effect of channeling the melee weapon only accounts for ~200 nanoseconds of frametime on a GTX570.
