Chroma - Vex Armor - Fury Is Capped?

I just wondering if it's a bug or not since I remeber fury got same % as scorn I mean if was 791% both we're at same % when maxed. Just recently I found that fury is now stick to 548% as max when my max scorn is 896%

I did some runs and well, I found it's now always fury maxed at 548%, so before I post here, I wanted to see on wiki but it's still confusing what's 2.75x base ( 275%? http://i.imgur.com/hlNNVD0.jpg ) and on a comentary says it's now capped to 175% so after doing research without strenght fury max at 100% strenght is 275%(http://i.imgur.com/nssKUIb.jpg in base to previously image), so even if we consider 175% cap  it's will be 481% so well it's discart there is a cap for fury... now considering I have 256% strenght the fury might be 704% and not 548% ( which is 199% strenght or more exactly 200%?) considering that is there now a cap for fury? or it's a bug (I mean not showing correct numers)

Its intended, as you see on the wikia the fury buff its lower than the scorn.

 

And the numbers are tricky, i still dont know if its +275% for a total of 375% or 275% total. Will need more testing but i cant atm.
