I actually am not in a rush to get him, because with Targis Prime Armor, Edo Prime Armor any frame can kinda look primey anyways. With regards to his stats. It'd be cool to have a larger energy pool, an extra shuriken, and perhaps a small buff to his invisibilty? I dunno... I'll leave that up to the devs. XD I agree.
