Glitches With Finishing Missions

Ok, well, this is a glitch that keeps happening on occassion, but today, it's happened to me 2 times in a row. I did an intercept mission online and finished the mission so I could download update 16.5, didn't get my loot or levels, my T4 Exterm key gone. I was gonna submit a ticket for support, but it was experiencing traffic, so I was just gonna wait. I go back into the game later and did a solo Survival for 15min to level up my stuff. After a while, a message popped up for the hotfix. I extracted, and once again, the game got stuck, this time on the loading screen.

 

Note: This doesn't just happen on times of updates when it tells you to stay in your mission, it happens when I'm just playing around sometimes. It just makes me quit Warframe for a while because it annoys me.

 

edit: Luckily, the 2nd time it glitched, my levels were not reset.
