If I Have 2 Different Arcane Enhancements; Can Both Be Active At Same Time?

If I have arcane awakening on my syandana and arcane rage on my helm, can both be active at the same time?

 

Or if awakening is active and then arcane rage activates will it overwrite awakening being active?

 

I'm aware that 2 of the same enhancement will not stack and will simply reset timer but will 2 different enhancements be able to be active at the same time?

Yes. Technically having two of the same enhancement stack the 'effect' but the effect is a fixed proc so it's only increasing the chance to get that fixed proc.

 

Having two of the same is the same as having two different ones, each one has their own chance to proc.
