QuentinW
Is the formula with intensify 1 + (0.5 x 0.3) = 1.65 or 1.5 x 0.3 = 1.95 ?? My build is Redirection, Vitality, Streamline, Fleeting expertise (40% eff), Flow, Continuity, Stretch and for the last spot I'm deciding between Intensify and Constitution. Generally speaking it would be the second one if the ability description said something like 'multiplies damage by 1.5x' because other abilities worded that way, like Eclipse or Sonar etc use the second formula, while descriptions like 'adds 50% attack speed' or 'adds 25% weapon damage' use the first formula. Vex Armor is the wierd exception; despite being labelled 2.75x damage, it's treated as +175% damage in the application of power strength.
ZechsX18999
Sadly, it's the first one.
