As far as trying to get your plat back, you can open a support ticket and have them review your account. Try to include as much detail as possible in your ticket. Sometimes people will change the trade items at the last minute to cheat you out of plat. EDIT: I'm not asking for the persons name. Post the persons name here is against the forum rules.
