It's more of a personal preferance but I would switch shotgun spazz with seeking force. Punch-through on the phage makes it devastating in groups, as it will more targets at once. Seeking force can be hard to find though.

You can use Seeking Fury instead. It's not all that uncommon as a Nightmare mission reward.

 

It's a mite bit less Punch Through, but the availability kind of makes up for it.
