Some Pointers On Farming Life Strike?

Not really sure where it drops, only I know that it drops from Dark Sectors. I don't know if it has a higher chance from harder dark sectors, or if it only drops in Defense, etc, and what rotation it drops on.

 

It used to drop pretty commonly, but from what I've heard it drops less frequently due to cores being introduced into the tables and that's why the price also went up.

I think it's survival only, C rotation. Higher levels I think, Neptune-Pluto are generally recommended.

 

Can't be certain: I need one myself, but this is what I've heard. Wiki drop tables are a bit lacking in content these days.

survival rotation c in darksectors is exactly the place you need to be if you plan to get it

i run ceres DS survival for cores all the time, I must have half a dozen life strikes just sitting in my inventory.

so the wiki is wrong is saying that you have a small chance of getting it in rot a at the higher levels? No wonder its such a pain to get. (20 mins on eris dss is tough...One my my recent friends and I tried 2 manning it and only made it to 16 mins before we had to extract.

I tried farming it from Dark Sectors, but gave up and decided to use those D-polarity transmutation cores that Cephalon Simaris sells.  Used 10 of them, got 2 Life Strikes.  I recommend using rare/melee mods in your transmutations.

Never got it from a mission. Ever. In an entire year. Got five of 'em from transmutation.

I got a bunch of them from Ceres dark sector survival when it was just released.
