Evkenn Posted August 2, 2015 Share Posted August 2, 2015 Notice how the OP said "invisible even when UNHOLSTERED" It's happened to me a couple times too, and usually appears back after switching between weapons again...sometimes. On the other hand if your melee remains invisible when holding it, a simple swing will make it come back into visual existence. Just a minor bug that will likely be resolved a near future hotfix.
