Cannot Respawn When There Are Too Many Enemies Around Body

When I die and there's a certain amount of enemies surrounding me (not too sure about specific amount, but we're talking about on the really high side), if I press the respawn button, I spawn back in as a headless warframe that can't move or attack. I can only spin in place while the camera is stuck in third person. Enemies still fire at me but I have zero health/shields and nothing will move. It's as if the game is counting me as part of the asset loading limit and stopping all of me from actually spawning.

 

I lost an ash prime chassis and the game somehow lost the mission data and just shows me my previous mission.
